Among the different collections kept at the Fundació Privada Mascort, there stands out that of old furniture, put together through the years by its president and founder. It is dedicated to Spanish furniture, especially that of the crown of Aragon, and it allows the visitor to travel through the styles, typologies and periods that configure the history of furniture, as it includes not only French, Italian and Dutch pieces, but also some from Germany, the Alps as well as some from the Spanish colonies, among others. One of the main objectives of the Mascort Private Foundation is the preservation and study of decorative arts.
